Happy October!

The nights and mornings are getting nippy and the leaves are changing color.  We've watched the garden go from seedlings in planting cups, transferred to the garden boxes, grow into big plants, produce veggies and now they're starting to turn brown.  What a great way to watch the seasons turn.  We've talked about
State Fairs and Farms, and now we've started our Fall Fun and Count Down to Halloween units.  Although, summer is behind us, we have a lot planned for Autumn.  Keep an eye out for all our fun preschool activities. 

Today we classified big, medium and small Halloween objects.

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Fall

This week we've been talking about all the changes that come during the Fall season: changing colors, changing weather and temperatures, changing activities.  We went for a short neighborhood walk to discover some changes and found leaves already falling on the ground!!  Of course, we had to make our own fall trees!
